Scheduled reports
Scheduled reports build the VPN connection report on the period you set and send it by email. The screen is under Reports → Scheduled Reports. Email settings must be configured for reports to be sent.
Create a report definition
Click the + button at the top left of the list and fill in the sections.
General information
| Field | Description |

| Name | The report name shown in the list and in the email. |
| Is active | When off, the report is not sent. |
| Language / Timezone | Language of the report and email, and the time zone for dates. |
Schedule
A single report definition can use one, two or all three periods: Daily, Weekly and Monthly. The Execution Time is shared by all periods.

The list shows the last and next run time of each definition.
Targets and scope
Choose whose connections the report includes:

| Site | Users at the sites you select (or All Sites). |
| User Group | Users in a user group. |
| Custom Users | Users you pick one by one. |
| All Users | Every user. |
Recipients: the report goes to the default recipients in Email settings. Add other addresses with Optional Recipients and Extra Emails.
Report content and attachments

| Include User-based Connection Summary | A summary per user: number of connections, duration and so on. |
| Include Detailed Connection List | Every connection as a separate row. |
| Attach Excel / Attach PDF | The format the report is sent in. |
At least one content type and one attachment format must be selected.
Advanced customization
- Configure Summary Columns / Configure List Columns: choose which columns appear in the report and in which order. Load Default returns to the initial setting.
- Edit E-mail Template: change the subject and text of the report email.
Click Save.
On-demand reports
From the definition's actions menu, use Run Now to send the report immediately, or On Demand to produce a report for a date range you choose. The result of each run appears in the Execution Logs.
Letting managers see only their own team
If the recipient is a Report Limited User, choose which users' data they can see on the Reports → Report Limited User screen.
